Alluri Rama Raju thinks he is the last dragon born in India, as the British massacred the species long before he was hatched. However, his dreams tell him otherwise. All he wants is to find the water dragon that haunts his dreams, the one he knows is his soulmate.
However, he also has to keep pretending he’s human, as he works undercover as a cop, following the cruel governor Scott’s orders, to fulfill a promise that he made to his human father.
But when he meets the muslim mechanic Akthar under a bridge, his whole life changes.
